Science Technician

To commence January 2019.

Closing date – 8am on Friday 19 October 2018

An enthusiastic person is required from January 2019 to provide the skills and expertise to support teaching and learning within the Science department for all three sciences. Your duties will include preparing for practical work, advising and supervising pupils, and ordering, storing and maintaining stock materials and equipment.  You will have a knowledge of Health and Safety within a science environment and be able to carry out regular safety checks and risk assessments.

This post is part time, 22.5 hours per week, term time only, and some Saturday work will be required.  A competitive salary and attractive benefits are provided for the successful candidate.

ICT Support Technician

This is a full-time, all-year-round post

Closing date – Noon on Thursday, 25 October 2018

An additional staff member is required to ensure comprehensive ICT support is provided promptly and efficiently to our staff and pupils, ensuring a high level of service at all times.  The successful candidate will be part of an experienced in-house team meeting diverse ICT needs, with opportunities for cross-training and a responsibility to ensure people get the quality and timely help they need.

Relief Minibus Driver

Closing date – Noon on Thursday, 25 October 2018

We require a friendly and helpful person to drive our pupils around in our school minibuses. The vacancy is wide and varied and would suit someone who has a clean driving licence with D1 category.

The successful candidate will be able to communicate well with parents and pupils. Experience of driving larger vehicles is desirable and knowledge of local areas would be an advantage.
