Sports Centre

We are very lucky at Clayesmore to have a purpose built sports centre on campus, along with many sports facilities and pitches around the site, including a full size astro pitch (hockey), 8 x tennis courts (during the summer), several rugby pitches and athletics facilities.

The swimming pool at Clayesmore is a 25m x 9m deck top pool, from 1m depth in the shallowest part to 2m at the deepest.  The temperature ranges from 28 ̊c to 29 ̊c, which accommodates most activities currently running in the Centre. To assist with access in to pool we have inclined access steps along with poolside hand bars to aid mobility.
