Become a Rookie Lifeguard!
Is your child aged 8–13 and swimming at Stage 5 or above? The Rookie Lifeguard Programme is an exciting way to learn lifesaving skills including survival, rescue techniques, first aid, sports skills, and water safety. It’s a fantastic way to build confidence and learn essential life skills — all while staying active and making new friends.
