Meet with senior staff, tour the school and experience our community in action. - Register:
Complete a registration form and pay the £180 registration fee. We will also request your child’s latest school report and any relevant supporting information. - Experience Clayesmore:
Pupils joining the Prep School are invited to attend a Taster Day, while prospective boarders can enjoy an overnight stay to experience life at Clayesmore. Applicants for Years 6, 7 and 8 will also complete English and Maths assessments. - Assessments and References:
Pupils joining Years 9, 10 and 11 complete English and Maths assessments, while Sixth Form applicants and scholarship candidates may be asked to undertake additional assessments relevant to their chosen subjects. We will also seek a reference from your child’s current Head and consider all information provided to ensure Clayesmore is the right fit for your child. - Offer and Acceptance:
If both your family and the School are happy to proceed, we will formally offer your child a place. To accept the offer, parents or guardians sign the Parent Contract and pay a £1,000 deposit.
If your child has an Educational Psychologist’s report or additional learning needs, please share this with us so that we can ensure appropriate support is in place from the outset. Our Admissions team is always happy to answer any questions and put you in touch with relevant staff.
