Wednesday afternoons see our pupils either hosting matches for other Prep schools or heading to 'away' games.
Saturday mornings offer the children in Year 5 and above the opportunity to participate in LEX. This is our exciting programme of experiences and courses which helps develop our pupils into well-rounded, skilled and Confident young adults.
Saturday LEX is optional, however many children enjoy coming into school to participate and spending such a varied and relaxed time with their friends.
Children who are selected to represent the school in a match on a Saturday afternoon are required to attend, whether or not they have participated in LEX during the morning. The fixture list includes matches that can be home or away. Each term, we have a number of Saturday afternoons when matches do not take place. On these occasions, optional sporting and outdoor activities are provided for those day children who want to develop their skills and fitness further across a range of sports and for boarders who are staying in for the weekend.
Children in Years 3 and 4 do not come into school on Saturdays, their sports fixtures take place during the school day on a Tuesday afternoon.
