Hockey at Clayesmore
Hockey is a fast-paced and exciting sport that develops communication, decision-making, tactical awareness and adaptability under pressure. Pupils benefit from training and competition on our state-of-the-art floodlit artificial hockey surface, which provides excellent playing conditions throughout the year.
For All Abilities
Our hockey programme caters for all abilities, offering opportunities for participation, development and performance. Through friendly fixtures, county tournaments and national competitions, pupils are encouraged to challenge themselves and represent the school with pride, while building resilience, discipline and leadership skills.
Strong Club Links
Strong links with Bournemouth Hockey Club and Blandford and Sturminster Hockey Club provide further opportunities for pupils to continue their development and enjoy hockey within a club environment.
