Football at Clayesmore
Football is played in the Autumn and Spring terms and promotes communication, leadership, creativity and problem-solving through an engaging and enjoyable game. Pupils learn to work effectively with others while building technical ability, tactical understanding and confidence.
The programme provides opportunities for all pupils to participate and improve, regardless of experience or ability. Through friendly fixtures, league competition in the Autumn Term and county cup competitions, players experience both challenge and success.
Football encourages resilience, discipline and respect, helping pupils to develop qualities that support achievement in sport and everyday life.
