We enjoyed a fantastic musical concert last night, showcasing the impressive talents of students from across all levels of the Senior School.
The programme featured a wonderful variety of performances, from classical pieces by Handel, Rutter, Viardot and Poot to much-loved songs from The Wizard of Oz, Aladdin, Hamilton, The Lion King and Fiddler on the Roof. Students performed on voice, flute, violin, clarinet, tenor horn, piano and guitar, with a special piano duet adding to the evening’s musical variety.
There were some particularly memorable performances, including Black Dog on electric guitar, Heart of Spain on classical guitar, and a selection of beautiful solo vocal and instrumental pieces.
Many thanks and congratulations to all the students who performed. Their hard work, confidence and enthusiasm made it a thoroughly enjoyable evening of music, and we are very proud of everyone who took part.
