It was still fully dark at 6:00 a.m. as the Challengers assembled outside Main House, bags packed and ready for the off.
Just ten minutes later, the minibuses were on their way to Heathrow, and, apart from the usual traffic on the approach to Terminal 2, the journey went very smoothly.
There was the usual excitement and a few last-minute checks along the way, but everyone arrived at Heathrow safely and in good spirits. After successfully navigating check-in and security, the team is now ready for the next leg of the journey: Heathrow to Istanbul.
Spirits are high, the adventure is underway, and the team is looking forward to what lies ahead!
