Over the past couple of weeks, Clayesmore is celebrating the European Day of Languages, recognising the many languages, cultures and experiences that enrich our school community.
Throughout the week, our teachers have been proudly wearing badges showing the languages they speak, from fluent speakers to those who know just a little. It has been a wonderful way to celebrate the diversity within our community and highlight the importance of language in bringing people together.
Languages help us connect, understand different cultures and see the world from different perspectives. As part of our celebrations, we will also be holding special school assemblies throughout next week, continuing our celebration of the languages spoken across our community.
