On Monday afternoon, four Clayesmore students — two from Year 7 and two from Year 8 — had the exciting opportunity to visit Canford School to take part in a geography quiz.
Representing Clayesmore under the team name The Clayesmore Compasses, the students enjoyed an afternoon of challenging questions, teamwork and friendly competition. The quiz tested their geographical knowledge and encouraged them to think carefully and work together.
The students found the quiz challenging but thoroughly enjoyable, and they were delighted with the results they achieved. They also came away having learned lots and gained valuable experience of competing against other schools.
It was a brilliant opportunity for the students to put their geography knowledge to the test, enjoy some friendly competition and represent Clayesmore. A big thank you goes to Mrs Douglas for organising the trip and giving the students the opportunity to take part.
