The new academic year got off to a fantastic start with one of Clayesmore’s much-loved traditions: the annual walk up Hambledon Hill.
Bringing the whole school community together, the event saw everyone from Year 3 pupils to parents take on the challenge, enjoying the opportunity to get outdoors and reconnect after the summer holidays.
Following the walk, the Clayesmore community gathered on the lawn to relax and enjoy an afternoon of music, games and a well-deserved barbecue. The lively atmosphere provided the perfect opportunity for pupils, staff and families to spend time together and celebrate the start of another exciting year. It was great to see so many families there, showing everyone that Clayesmore is one big community.
It was a wonderful day filled with fun, friendship and school spirit. A huge thank you to everyone who came along and helped make it such a memorable occasion!
