Our Sixth Form prefect team kicked off the new academic year with an inspiring Leadership Day, designed to develop their leadership skills and establish their vision for the year ahead.
The morning focused on a series of engaging team-building challenges, encouraging prefects to work together while strengthening their communication, collaboration and problem-solving skills. These activities helped students build confidence, develop stronger relationships and understand the importance of effective teamwork.
In the afternoon, prefects turned their attention to shaping the future of Sixth Form life. Working collaboratively, they shared exciting ideas to enhance both the academic and social experience for students. Discussions included ways to strengthen the study culture, introduce new events and create more opportunities for students to get involved.
The day provided an excellent opportunity for the team to reflect, plan and look ahead to the year ahead. Prefects left feeling inspired, motivated and ready to take an active role in building a welcoming, ambitious and inclusive Sixth Form community.
