We are looking for a highly motivated Sports and Fitness Assistant to assist the Sports and Leisure Manager in the day to day provision and delivery of sporting and fitness activities to both Prep and Senior pupils, staff and the public.

The successful candidate will help to create a high energy and vibrant atmosphere within the Sports Centre and promote a successful and exciting games and fitness programme for all. They will help to ensure the safety of pupils, staff and visitors, and the security and maintenance of the equipment and the building.

Clayesmore School are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our friendly Estates team. This live in position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety and smooth running of our beautiful school campus. We are recruiting for experienced and forward-thinking Maintenance Technician. This is a very interesting and varied role with scope for progression as our group grows.

The role will be based across two schools, with two days per week at Clayesmore School and three days per week at Sunninghill School in Dorchester. The live-in accommodation for the role will be provided by Clayesmore School.

We are looking for an experience technician who will be able to carry out skilled work and general internal and external maintenance.

You will take pride in ensuring the school is secure, well maintained and ready for activities and special events. The role will require flexibility to cover early mornings, evenings and weekends as part of a duty rota, providing essential support to the school community.

In this varied role, you will be required to carry out maintenance work, including but not limited to: Painting, Plumbing, Electrical, Carpentry and Turf Care.

We would like to hear from you if you feel you have the skills and experiences to join our maintenance team.

A flexible approach to the hours of work is required. You will need to work such hours as are necessary to satisfactorily carry out their duties as agreed with the Area Maintenance and Grounds Manager. This will include working during the school holidays.

The role requires flexibility to be able to work on Exeat weekends as per the school calendar (approximately 6 across the academic year), providing essential support to the school boarding community.
