Set within 62 acres of beautiful Dorset countryside, the Clayesmore British Boarding School Experience is a transformative residential programme for international students – an immersive introduction to life at one of England’s most respected independent schools where students live, learn and grow alongside our own Clayesmore pupils. Over the course of one week, visiting students gain an authentic insight into British education and boarding life, developing the confidence, creativity, and communication skills that will serve them throughout their academic careers. They attend interactive lessons led by our outstanding staff, keep a reflective journal, and create a video diary to capture their personal journey. Working both independently and collaboratively in small groups, each student chooses a project theme to explore in depth, building the public speaking and presentation skills increasingly valued by universities worldwide. The week concludes with a celebratory project presentation delivered to fellow students and staff or an UN style conference, giving every student the chance to shine. BritishBoarding School Experience
