Callum impresses in summer internship
Year 13 student, Callum, made the most of the summer holidays by arranging a two-week internship with customer experience alignment agency, Brand Vista.
Based in Manchester, Brand Vista are a market-leading agency who work with national and international brands to perfect their customer experience. During his time with them, Callum was fully involved with one of their projects. He was part of a team carrying out research with a client’s focus group and working on presentations to feedback to their staff via a series of workshops. We aren’t surprised, but Callum certainly made a good impression on the company and they have invited him to return to the company again later in the year.
Speaking about his experience, Callum said, “Working with Brand Vista was an incredible opportunity. The whole experience gave me such a great insight into the world of work and I met some really interesting people. The workplace was so inspiring and the staff were so enthusiastic which meant that it was such a fun two weeks! Despite being extremely nervous beforehand, I settled in within the first few hours and can say that this was one of the best experiences I have ever had. I can’t wait to return!”
Studying Business and Photography A Levels, along with a BTEC in Performing Arts, Callum is currently working on his UCAS application for next year. He hopes to study Business and Management at either Swansea or Manchester. This experience, coupled with his success as part of Clayesmore’s Young Enterprise company, TIME, is certain to stand in him good stead for the future.
