Spring Cookery Courses - 15 -19 February 2010

The first Clayesmore Society cookery masterclasses took place during half term of the Spring Term 2010. Old Clayesmorians, current and former parents, staff and friends of the school enjoyed two days of masterclasses – one on butchery, the other focussing on patisserie, held in the newly refurbished Home Economics Department at the school.
