    Spring Concert delights audience

    The Pre-Prep delighted their families once again by showing off their talents in our annual Spring Concert.     Beautiful African art work by year 2

    Year 2 spent the Spring term learning all about Africa. A variety of activities and exciting lessons meant that the children know about the physical and human features of Africa and have tried to imagine what it would be like living in a village in Africa.     Children dress up as pirates to raise money for charity

    The Prep School’s annual Charity Afternoon proved to be a great success and was enjoyed very much by all those that took part. Each pupil in the Prep School chose an activity, which they would participate in for an hour and be sponsored for.     The Big Schools' Birdwatch

    Friday 27th January saw the Nursery and Pre-Prep participate in the Big Schools’ Birdwatch for the RSPB. Having previously set up a bird table with feeders and armed with identification sheets, the children anxiously waited to see which visitors would come.     Pre-prep children learn about Australia

    Thursday 26th January was Australian National Day. Clayesmore parent Mrs Hawthorn came in to talk to the Pre-Prep about Australian culture and brought with her a wonderful array of knitted Australian animals. After a guessing game to identify the creatures, she gave a demonstration of how to play the didgeridoo which was great fun! read more
