Welcome to Clayesmore

I hope our website will give you a really good opportunity to learn something about this very happy and friendly school. Clayesmore is a wonderfully special place and if you like what you see and read here and in our prospectus, I hope you’ll come to pay us a visit.

There are too many things that are special about Clayesmore to mention them all in this homepage – the pupils, the staff, the beautiful setting, the top-notch facilities, the excellent exam results, wonderful sport, music and drama – but, as well as all those things, one thing that sets us apart is that we are genuinely a family school that covers the whole age range from rising three years all the way through to 18 – so, the whole family really can come to Clayesmore. That’s because, most unusually, we have both a Prep School (rising 3 - 13 years) and a Senior School (13 - 18 years) here together on the one site.

Will Dunlop, who is the Head of the Prep School, and I, very much hope you will like what you see here. It really isn’t all too good to be true! Come and see us soon, and discover for yourself why Clayesmore is the independent school of choice for so many people looking for a good boarding or day school in the South and South-West.
